Do you own a business in the New Orleans area? Is your business insurance covering wind and hail damage?

I have a small business in new Orleans. I got a letter from Allstate tthat when I renew my business policy in October, they will not longer be covering any damages from windstorms or hail. that is real depresing. has anyone else gotten any notice of this? If we have another hurricane, this policy change will essentially put the city out of business. Small businesses wil not be able to recover from that type of loss as many of us already have SBA loans from Katrina. I plan on contacting the insurance commissioner. please feel free to email me if you have gotten notice that your insurance company will do this. If we all contact the insurance commissioner together, maybe we will be heard.

Okay, I admit, I am ignorant. What does it mean to 'ease my identity,' and for that matter to ‘ease my wealth’? Wouldn’t it be to tighten your wealth, as in, to have your wealth buttoned up and secure? If it's just a typo, I understand, my foreign language skills are pathetic by comparison. If not, enlighten me.

Tut, my gym memberships and my online subscriptions have always required an annual re-subscription of some kind. I thought it was just a chance to increase my subscription rates, but maybe it was a better-business policy.

woody...yes, my friend is doing good now. Just a little scare.

Red...I resisted calling them "blue haired bitches" only because one of them had more of a pink rinse. And Im certain it was not leftover from Halloween.

Big Hair--I know. I caught a glimpse of my booty in the mirror the other day, and it looks like it has hail damage. So, either no more Zingers, or no more mirrors.
