Some Useful Information 

        In order to pass on greater savings to you, it is the policy of the pharmacies to dispense generic medication whenever possible unless you or your physician specify otherwise. 

        Every possible effort is made to process and ship your order in 48 hours. However, delays can occur if your physician must be contacted concerning your prescription.

        Orders are shipped by US Postal Service, unless your prescription drugs require special handling. For example, insulin, refrigerated or controlled medications. In this case these medications will be shipped by a courier service as required by law.

        For simplicity, you will mail all prescriptions  to the pharmacy in Canada.  Once you send your prescriptions to our pharmacy in Canada, the two pharmacies will work together to determine which location has the least expensive price.  Your prescriptions will then be sent from the pharmacy that fills the prescription.

        If your prescription is NOT available from the Canadian Pharmacy, it will be sent to you from the pharmacy in the United States.

        Both CarePharm and Canadian pharmacies will add their regular shipping charges to     your order.

        Should you receive two separate packages, you will also receive separate invoices from each pharmacy.

         Completely fill out the enrollment form.

         Mail it in with your original prescription or have your physician fax it in for you.  If your medication is controlled, only the original prescription is accepted.  The patient's name and birth date must be written on the prescription.
