Contact www.iiaba.net for an independent agent in your area. they should have access to carriers other than standard carries to place your business, whatever it may be. you will need to be prepared to give them certain information other than just the type of business, such as your estimated gross receipts for the first year, your annual payroll, limits of coverage you need as well as a value of your business personal property if you want to insure that as well as address your liability needs. if you have a lease, it would be helpful to bring a copy of that to your agent as well so they can review the insurance requirements if any. An alternate explanation: those are the parts most likely to be lost. TLG includes spares to save themselves the cost of support calls and replacement parts where customers complain that those parts were not included in the package. (Whether that complaint stems from losing the part or not being able to find it doesn't matter.) It's just a good business decision.
