When people say there Mobile phone is covered through the house Insurance is there phone covered out doors ?

For example in my job i have to sell Mobile phone insurance over the phone which covers there phone for accidental damage,water damage and theft and lost.

So when people go my Mobile phone is covered through the house Insurance dose that mean its only coverd inside there house and not outside.
