Reasons why you would have problems getting a house insurance in Mappleton!! THanks in advance XD
In this day and age there are a lot of reasons unfortunately. It is not just in your area. Insurance companies have lost a great deal of money in this economy. Look at your property and assess.
1. how far is the nearest fire hydrant? Streams have to have a flow of so much per minute etc etc they are getting quite picky.
2. Is your home under any kind of construction? if so maybe your looking at the wrong kind of insurance. They won't write a normal policy if it is. this is construction insurance.
You are not alone, I know of several people all over the country that are running into problems with this. You just have to find the right company and be willing to pay.
Because you don't have a house
Because you do have a pitt bull
Because you have bad credit
Because the house has unrepaired damage, or is falling apart
Because you have a lot of claims in the past
How's that for a start?

Jodie--I didn't buy a pitt bull, but I definitely took stock of my apartment (where are the heavy, blunt objects, escape routes, etc.)...I'm going to trust that it was just a teen fan or confused reviewer.
My advisor in grad school always told us to lead with what we liked...I think you've got the right model--start with the positives and then move to the weaknesses. I miss reviewing books, but will only start up again once I'm sure I'm being HONEST...
